Our Story
Cryo Kalispell was born out of the vision of Ethan Taft, a dynamic entrepreneur driven by a deep commitment to health and wellness. Faced with his own health challenges and dissatisfied with conventional medicine, Ethan embarked on a transformative journey. Overhauling his diet and exploring alternative healing modalities, he discovered the incredible benefits of Whole Body Cryotherapy, a modality that quickly became his favorite.
Experiencing profound improvements in both mental and physical well-being, Ethan was inspired to open his own cryotherapy center and share the transformative power with the Flathead Valley. Since its inception in October 2022, Cryo Kalispell has evolved and expanded its services, proudly leading the way in health and esthetic offerings in the state of Montana.

Meet the face behind Cryo Kalispell – our founder and owner. Yes, that’s him, cooling off in the cryo chamber. When he’s not immersed in the office, he’s unwinding with his two huskies, honing his kickboxing skills, or simply enjoying some well-deserved chill time. Cryo is more than just a business for him; it’s his personal remedy for alleviating stress, soothing anxiety, and promoting restful sleep.

Helping clients feel better and reach their goals is Hannah’s forte, and she can’t wait to offer you amazing services that elevate your well-being!

Say hello to Shalen, one of our exceptional wellness associates! Originally from Florida, she embraced Montana in 2015. She brings 3 years of Esthetician expertise to the Cryo Kalispell team. Shalen enjoys fishing with friends and spending precious moments with her family and furry friend outside of work.
